After obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Sharjah, UAE, Ahlam began her career at a trauma and orthopedics specialised hospital where she honed her expertise in musculoskeletal injuries and road traffic accidents, igniting her passion for the musculsoekeltal system. Ahlam further expanded her experience by working in sport clinics focused on musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and pain management. Her commitment to excellence in rehabilitation led her to earn a MSc in Musculoskeletal Healthcare and Rehabilitation with Distinction from University College London (UCL), UK. During her time in London, Ahlam was part of a reputable sports clinic, where she rehabilitated post-surgical musculoskeletal cases and provided care during match days and competitions.
As a professional table tennis athlete, Ahlam is dedicated to helping athletes return to their desired activity levels as quickly and safely as possible. Her rehabilitation programs are evidence-based and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, reflecting her patient-centered approach.

Finn Krause studies Sport Science at Humboldt University Berlin. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree. Since September 2022, he has been working as a student assistant in the Department of Training and Movement Sciences. His involvement in the department includes projects on the plasticity of the muscle–tendon unit and its effects on sports performance. In general, Finn is very interested in exercise science and performance.
Besides his studies, Finn plays American football for the Potsdam Royals in the German Football League.

Johanna Röttig completed her Bachelor's degree in Applied Sports Science at the University of Paderborn and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Integrative Sport, Movement, and Health Sciences at the University of Potsdam. Since April 2025, she has been working as a student research assistant in the Department of Training and Movement Sciences.
The focus of her work is on the development and adaptation of muscle–tendon architecture and its interactions with physical and athletic loading during childhood.
